Hannah utilizes a person-centered music therapy approach during sessions. She believes that individuals
should have an opportunity to share their preferences and thoughts as it can aid in strengthening the
therapeutic process, as well as encouraging a positive relationship with music. Hannah feels that music
therapy provides a safe environment for individuals to express themselves and experience the joyous
benefits of music and music-making.
