Mosaic Music Therapy is an approved NJ DDD provider for adults 21+ with the Self-Directed Services Program.

The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities recently partnered with  Acumen Fiscal Agent as the new fiscal intermediary.   Please review our new terms and guidelines as we do our best make this transition as seamless as possible. Thank you!

For all new and currently enrolled participants that are transitioning into the new Supports Program, please contact your support coordinators and provide the following information:

• Our service is classified under "Goods & Services".

• Individuals will be enrolled in our "Music-Making Experience."

• Mosaic Music Therapy is open to the general public and offers comparable classes to individuals with and without special needs.​​
