Music is an incredibly powerful medium through which we, as human beings, can express our feelings & emotions. Music psychotherapy allows participants to explore self expression through a variety of instruments, including voice, in an effort to achieve psychological and emotional health & well-being.
The act of music making can have a direct correlation on stress reduction, in addition to increased self-esteem and confidence through the unique, inherent connection we have with music.
